I got a parking ticket from the university of tennessee knoxville...do i have to pay if i am not a student?

I would presume that UTK operates much like any city. If you don't pay, eventually your ticket will be reported either to a collection agency or to the state. If it goes to a collection agency, it will cost a lot more and end up on your credit report. If it goes to the state, they will suspend your driver's license. Either way, it will cost you a whole lot less to just pay the ticket. Now. If you did the crime, pay the fine.
