There is a restraining order on me and my boyfriend for 3 years?

He is 20 and im 17. I live in san jose California. The reason why the restraining order is for 3 years is because he is on probation for 3 years and also because of the age difference because its illegal and my parents weren't happy about it, he recently got out of jail and unfortunately i got pregnant. Im scared because..well.. obviously of course because im pregnant ( adoption or abortion isn't something i want) and also because me and my boyfriend weren't even suppose to be together let alone having sex. Will he get in even more trouble because of the restraining order or will they possibly drop the order now that im pregnant and requardless he is the father? please help me im really worried. ....And please don't tell me to leave him and raise the child on my own because thats alot easier said than done now that im pregnant. And i want to be with him, i really want the restraining order to be dropped. Also.. will i be able to drop the restraining order when im 18? My parents didn't file the restraining order and it was court ordered itself by a judge.
