Where is the best gym (without the big macho ego's) to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

ive got a keen interest to study BJJ and im thinking about training at urban kings gym in london or maybe shootfighters. ive tried it out a few times and my natural body strength seems to be my only strength, i can get positions but when i get them im like errr what do i do now? thing is everywhere ive trained locally i ask for help but ive never been focused on enough or the teacher has been too macho or ignorant to either break it down so you can digest it or he just expects you to get it right 1st time. please help i love the sport and i dont want to give up on it because i cant get good tuition!
