New homeschooling mom....needs answers please?

Out here we have several groups to join, the biggest is HEA and they serve 3 parishes but have a few travelers from New Orleans and other areas. I don't see why you shouldn't be able to travel to any group you like. I moved toward the end of last year and traveled to my meetings over 70 miles away but that group is tiny, just 8 of us.
