Are there any places where a underaged actress can audition for productions in community colleges?

I'm 15 and i'm an aspiring actress. I want to try out for a play locally or some sort of production near where i live. I live in Los Angeles, Ca and i need to know where i can find out about auditions, some helpful tips, and advice about what to do and/or bring when i get there. Please and Thank you
