I need a car. Please help me D:?

Hi, I'm Sophia. I live in Knoxville, Tennessee. My boyfriend and I have been looking for a car for a realllllllllly long time and are having no luck. We only have a thousand dollars to put down on it, and the most it can cost is 3000. Does anyone know of any good lots around my area that finance? Help us please.
