Is it legal to..................?

I was just wondering if it is legal to walk/run in public with a orange jail/prison suit. And pretend to be like you are running away from prison. But as seen from Jackass, as i recall Jonny Knoxville did the same thing and 6 police cars surrounded him and arrested him and the whole camera crew. I am still not sure if it is legal. Please answer!
