Messed up in college please help?

I'm 18 years old (almost 19) and I'm enrolled in my local community College here in the Bay Area. I REALLLLLY want to get into UC Davis, or UC San Diego or UC LA....But the problem is, is that already the first two semesters that I have been in community college I have not gotten one A and have gotten two C's and the rest are all B's....That makes my GPA around a 2.6 or 7.....Now I'm in the summer semester taking Calc II....and I feel no motivation at all because I already know in the back of my mind that I ****** up with getting no A's and getting two C's...and the classes for my Computer Sci major are just going to get even hard from here on out....I mean is there any way I can redeem myself? is there a way to start over so that I can get better grades?..As far as I know C's neve go away...those classes can never be retaken again....Are people like me ****** for life from getting into a Good Uc school? just cause we messed up...means our mistakes stay on our record for life? People ******* change and I dont see why the system works that way...If I decide to go back to community college in say 10 years those 2 C's will still be there....
