This old restaurant...?

In West Knoxville, there was this fast food, seafood restaurant that my mom would take me to all the time. My mother passed away some years ago and now I'm wondering what the name of that place might be. It went out of business somewhere around 1999-2001. It was blue and it had dolphins and decorative sea things in it. It also had a play-place for kids.
