Universities and colleges in Tennessee?

So I want to get a Masters in some kind of Psychology(Pref. education) but if not that's fine. I want to be a school counselor but I do not want to get a Masters in specifically counseling. I want my options open. I live in Illinois. Any suggested colleges or Universities? Possibly within 2hrs away from Knoxville,TN?
