Where can I get a portobello sandwich in Knoxville, TN?

I'm looking for a portobello sandwich in Knoxville and am not sure which restaurants have this sandwich. I didn't see it on the menu at Red Robin, Texas Roadhouse or Applebees. The closest Champps is too far away. I hope you all can offer suggestions!
